Given the nature of the data, and despite our best endeavors to cross-check the information offered by various sources, we cannot guarantee the correctness of all the information. Note that we excluded the US-sanctioned employees of the Scientific Studies and Research Center (SSRC), 269 individuals who were all sanctioned at once in April 2017. When collecting the data for the research tool, we struggled to identify the vast majority of those individuals.
