I don't get it when they say the SYP–USD exchange rate is at its HIGHEST LEVEL EVER, or at a "RECORD HIGH"!

Yeah, it's an upward-trending series, so it is at its highest level "ever" most of the time.

It's more about the pace of depreciation.
