Defense Minister and His Abkhaz Counterpart Sign a Joint Cooperation Agreement
The region's geopolitical balance might change soon now that Abkhazia (a partially recognised state in the South Caucasus, on the eastern coast of the Black Sea) and Syria have signed a military cooperation agreement.
