Bringing Syria’s War Crimes to the ICC

Thanks to Gissou Nia and Haydee Dijkstal, Syrian and Iranian war criminals might soon be tried in the ICC for their crimes, which resulted in the displacement of Syrians into neighboring Jordan.

Syria is not a party to the ICC’s Rome Statute, but Jordan is.
