UN: Early Recovery Policies Fail the Smell Test

As a human first and a Syrian second, I'll never oppose early recovery in principle.


The issue is how it's being pushed by the UN: "Give me the money, I know how to spend it. No accountability and no transparency. And if you dare to say anything against it, you're politicizing aid."
