I know this is controversial, but we should explore taking Jolani off terrorism sanctions lists. 

He's undergone a spectacular verbal and behavioral transformation that warrants testing.

Don't alienate him and a broad segment of Syrian society. Victimhood only radicalizes them.

I have and will always oppose him politically, but we'd be hypocrites if we denied him political participation while calling for pluralism and democracy.
